Pros

The location and facilities. Staff turnover is on the low side so there's a lot of experience here. Training used to be good but they've started outsourcing.

Cons

Weak management. The company has been extensively and repeatedly restructured with waves of redundancies so those in charge were mostly inexperienced 6 months before.

Pros

Edf has a very good friendly culture... people in the London Head Office are very approachable and warm. Office hours are 9.00-5.00 Decent competitive benefits Zero Harm and safety awareness Good office location Exec Team and CEO in the London Office very warm and approachable

Cons

A lot of policies and procedures Atmosphere in the office can be quiet quiet, maybe dependent on departments Salary isn't that great, could be so much better
