Pros

A good company with lots of opportunity to grow. Lots of good managers within the business. Has a bright future in the UK. a UK wide roleout of new IT through covid allows those who can work from home to do so easier.

Cons

The company is the largest UK energy provider, and as such its always on the move. Its very easy to end up on the wrong side of the work life balance if not careful.
