Pros

Good benefits package. Bonus get paid out consistently. Employee well being is a high priority.

Cons

A stubborn reluctance to change and modern ways of working from many middle and senior managers who've been there for years who've been doing things the same way for decades. Even worse are the managers with little to no practical real world experience who stubbornly tell the engineers how to organise themselves and how to do their jobs, because they read it in a blog post somewhere,
