Pros

Big mission statement to generate and flex low carbon energy. Hybrid WoW but no mandatory days in the office. Big player and still growing in the sustainable home tech field. Huge R&D division. Fairly easy to switch to a variety of roles.

Cons

Hybrid WoW but no mandatory days in the office. Not as nimble as some competitors appear to be. CX for sustainable home tech field need attention.
