Growth and learning are key components and are not underestimated at EDF. There is plenty of opportunity to do so. The teams are also incredibly supportive and give you the right amount of responsibility as you become ready.
Cons
Can occasionally feel stuck in a role, unable to move between disciplines which is what the role advertised.
