      Nothing, maybe your suffering leads to character development.

      Cons

      Work here if you hate yourself. They will lie and tell you that its a great and open place. Expect to have everything in your life monitored including your phone and laptop. Expect to be taunted for talking to your colleagues. Expect to be threatened for being 5 minutes above or below any break or time. Incredibly toxic people and culture. Politics and in groupings will dominate everything. Absolute redflag, avoid at any cost.
