We hear your concerns - due to the nature of the industry, you may occasionally need to work longer hours during a busy season. We encourage employees to utilize their earned PTO to help with work life balance. Additionally, stores earn commission based on the store hitting their goal rather than individuals to help encourage that friendly work environment. Pros

Most of the people are honest, hard worker and caring people.

Cons

Immature sr. leadership in SE, lack of modern processes, antiquated, untrained, and uninspiring out of touch managers (not leaders), leadership insecurity caused by their current financial situation. Due to this, employees feel "forced" to work harder due to unrealistic performance expectations, which is BS. Carvana financial debacle is impacting DriveTime; however, company leaders will deny this fact.
