Pros

Off on Sundays (they’re closed). No early start time.

Cons

-$50k/yr plus team structures commission only benefits the under-performers - there is no finance department so each sales person is also responsible for securing financing for their deals -there is no title clerk so each sales person is responsible for doing title paperwork for each deal - most times there is no lot attendant so guess what…sales people wear that hat too.

Not great but not an awful place to work. Hours are reasonable. Staff at this location are great to work with.

Cons

Too much micromanagement from corporate. Inspection goals are unrealistic.
