Pros

Lots of Food, Coffee etc... Casual dress...Good pay for Intern...CEO and CFO Great guys good vision and goals, their In/Out program for employees is great!

Cons

Spend money like crazy, Human Resources department has very little experience in Recruiting or HR, HR staff (the 20 somethings) dressed inappropriate, were not professional and do the company a major diservice. To open when doing confidential work anyone can see what you are doing. Horribble at guiding the Interns and than blame the Interns. Turnover rate to high people really aren't that friendly. Upper Management is great middle management/Directors and down horrible!!!!

Pros

not high pressure sales, great sales experience, can advance if you have the right attitude and work ethic. overall a fun place to work, management will buy store lunch fairly often. excellent people to work with, makes going to work easy.

Cons

not a set schedule, could work open to close even if supposed to get off earlier. always changing personel in stores. different focus every week and every store is operated different. Relocation is a must if you want to move up in the company. 1st year PTO is less than 2 weeks. compensation could be better outside of tax season.

Pros

Great training and development of staff. They offer a needed service in the marketplace, and are a quality operation, top to bottom.

Cons

If you are located in California, there are very few Drivetime dealerships in this state. There is much more opportunity in the heartland or the Southern States.
