Drivetime is a great organization that cares about the customer and the employees. Living the values and the mission is embedded in the operating model and it is awesome to be part of making a difference every day!

Cons

Heavy work loads. But company is overall good. Staffing would have helped with better productivity

They always had work to do and you learn a lot about vehicles

Cons

The dealership didn't really care what happened once the car was sold so you spend a lot of time fixing mistakes that shouldnt have been made.
