It paid the bills (barely)

Cons

Classic case of too many middle managers. I had 8 bosses. They also didn't offer any maternity leave for pregnant employees so good luck there. Horrendous CRM written in Visual Basic as well. You were also required to work at least one Saturday shift a month as overtime.

We want to assure you that we do have an official Human Resources department located at our Tempe Home Office, we call it Employee Experience. Inside of the Employee Experience Department is the Talent Support division and their mission is to be there to guide employees through anything they may need. not too many pros. great work culture I would say

Cons

long hours, lots of cold calling. we sale too many cars a month to only get 8-16$ commission off cars we sale a month
