Pros

I was a car salesman for the company for little over a year. Its a great team environment, no one is unfriendly, management wasn't always stalking you for everything. It easy to move up if you can sell cars, bonus 500 to 1k a month if you can hit the team budget for cars that month. Average salesman makes about 45k a year in Houston

Cons

You have to make 50 calls a day to people who did car applications online to try to get them in the door and schedule appt. Hours are terrible for a 45k job, tax season is from 9 to 9, average is 11 to 8 with no overtime. Customers come in 45 min before you are leaving and you have to stay. Most are window shopping and you waste 2hr with them. Nothing can be scheduled after work because of this.
