      A lot of work , not a lot of life, balance, company culture or management.

      Pros

      Outside of the health benefits, there isn't much this company actually gives you. A $500 credit if you choose to buy one of the vehicles...and being able to test drive different vehicles.

      Cons

      The insane metrics you are held to. You are expected to make and take dozens of calls/texts/emails a day which are graded by people who don't work for the company. You are also tracked on the three ancillary products you are expected to sell in addition to the vehicle which is 100% optional and management forces you to slide right past them and make the customer sign. You also have to get a Google review on every sale along with setting them up on auto-pay, allow which count against you if you don't get it and you have no incentive other than a "good job" or a knuckle bump from management. Also, the company allows customers to make appointments at close and you have to stay without overtime pay because you are salaried and you won't get overtime pay either.

      They’re very friendly, and provide opportunities for growth. Their feedback is useful and respectful and they work with you to reach your goals.

      Cons

      Micromanaging at times, during the slower season it can be a bit overwhelming.
