Pros

If you showed initiative, management was aware and willing to help you grow/move up. Management provided a lot of feedback, there were open lines of communication, and there was an open door policy - you could speak to any manager/level of management and were encouraged to do so

Cons

Due to call center type hours, if you weren't available to work any shift (as early as 6am-3pm, as late as 10am-7pm) there wasn't much opportunity for advancement.

Pros

This place was horrible no pros.

Cons

They all look like they just rolled out of bed and went to work with no idea what they're doing. This includes management. I hope corporate doesn't know about this because if they do and this is how the drive time brand conducts their business. Then buyers beware and interviewers don't even waste your time.
