Pros

If your manager has people skills and you are at a high volume store you will make money.

Cons

Incompetent management, decreasing pay plans, unrealistic sales goals, constant policy changes, fabricated and false reasons for low sales volume.

Good Pay. Company vehicle. Mix of inside and out side work. Mix of busy times and slow times

Cons

Work life balance. Unreasonable expectations for sales some months. And additional product sales

Pros

Compensation and benefits are very good. Also, you learn a lot about underwriting which can benefit you in other areas.

Cons

They hours can be very long. Half the year you cannot take vacation. The biggest thing holding this company back is the fact that they don’t give raises.
