Great base salary low stress, no hard selling required.

You do all of the calling and paperwork and capped commissions all you get is a shared store bonus if the store hits its “budget”

Thank you for sharing your experience as a Sales Representative. We're pleased to hear that you value the great base salary and appreciate the low-stress environment with no hard selling required. As a company, we provide a base salary for our employees plus commission based on store performance. We find this helps to promote a collaborative environment and encourages team members to work together. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Pros

Great work environment. We have a good tool set with really capable people on the team. Lots of opportunity to move the needle. Base pay is pretty nice, benefits are abundant with a lot of choices and customization for family too. Work parties are amazing, culture is too notch.

Cons

Growing pains of a company this size, they could invest in organizing their business level tools and ones that are duplicated. Standardization of company level best practices and coding practices would go a long way. Equity, was not offered. As a privately held company understandable to a point but would like more options for investment past 401k. I’ve heard rumor for very highly held positions equity is offered but it may just be higher then this position. Long term it could effect job longevity as I’d like something for retirement.
