Does not Pay enough for the amount of work they expect to be done, forced to make phone calls to drive in sales. They don’t Pay per Car they pay bonus if a budget is hit

Pros

Benefits, work is fairly simple, my managers allow us a good work life balance. They try to get us around 40 hr work weeks

Cons

processes & policies change almost daily, very little room for growth unless you relocate to another state usually, Corporate determines your quota every month and if you sell too much, the next month they will raise your sales quota to impossible numbers until you underachieve. & if you miss a bonus check it could be devastating
