There are some good coworkers

The most toxic company I have worked for when it comes to senior leadership & executives, starting with the Head of People. The abusive behavior is recognized by all leaders and just accepted. They claim a good culture, in reality it’s just parties with heavy drinking. The pay scales are horrible & made based on how much you are liked. Leadership promotions are handed out like candy whether they are deserved or not. Technology & systems are so out dated with zero support and budget for improvement.
