Pros

good enviroment to work, nice folks, good times. Overall good place to work and grow if that is what you desire. sometimes we get free food too.

Cons

the parking is a little ify if you dont work the morning shift, i would like more covered parking, and although we get free food sometimes free soda would also be nice.

Pros

Relaxed environment in a small family like setting. Great people who are fun to work with, good salary and bonuses. Cant say enough about the environment it is truly a FUN place to work!

Cons

The only con to working at DriveTime is the hours expect around 50hrs a week even for sales advisor's, and then if you work into management expect 60.

Great training, thorough. Goes over every detail of the selling process. General managers are there to help you when you need it.

Cons

Hours and schedule. Very long hours exceeding 8 hours per day. Need to find a balance between work life and free time.
