Pros

The best reason to work for this company are the great managers. The managers are willing to educate employees about the company. The managers take time on educating each employee on products and services offered to customers.

Cons

The one challege I experience is that I have no social life. I work hard, long hours and im spending less time with my family and friends, but when I am with my family and friends I appreciate the time more.

Pros

Great management team, 40 hour work week, helpful co-workers who are responsible individuals to work with, positive work environment, team concept, management that allow you to address any issues or concerns with and get back positive solutions, Management is focused on goal setting and employee achievement of these goals, management and co-workers that like to MIH!!!!!(Make It Happen)

Cons

At times due to employee tenure, it can be difficult to use the PTO time before loss occurs. It would be an additional plus to be able to cash in PTO or roll the time over/forward to allow the oppurtunity to keep it and not totally loose it.

Pros

Weekends off, great atmosphere, great co-workers, outstanding managers, amazing check, PTO, and most importantly kudos from your managers! (Huge career opportunities.)

Cons

Long hours (occassionally) only around the holidays, and the fact that training can be a pain because you just sit there and watch while the other co-worker trains. Pretty boring the first few days. Either than that I would say I love working in an environment where I feel appreciated for all of the effort I put into this career.
