Pros

Great potential to make a lot of money. Great staff at the dealership. Program basically sales itself.

Cons

No work-life balance. Gets very political when looking to grow within the company.

Pros

If you get to know the right people, there are plenty of opportunities to grow from within. There are high expectations, but the culture is relaxed and management is usually open about their intentions.

Cons

Some weekend hours. Training procedures are still being fine-tuned. If you catch on to things quickly, you should be able to learn your job just fine.
