Cons

Things started out ok but after about 6 months the cracks began to show. People at this company are two faced and shady especially those in management. They expect operations advisors to carry the store but pay them the least. I can't tell you how many times managers have passed off something they were supposed to do or were capable of doing to OA's simply because they could. Also don't expect to leave on time. It is almost forced on you to stay late because if you dare leave on time you'll get looked at funny. Although this is great for overtime it's terrible for work/life balance. Might as well forget that. The store set up is crazy. Why would you need 4 or 5 managers in one dealership at the same time? And it's not like all of them are working...most of them sit around and wait to tell you what to do. All of that aside the most troubling thing for me was the lack of compassion that came from my GM in regards to my fathers passing. I had transferred to another dealership shortly after his passing as the company only gave me 2 WEEKS to decide whether I was still relocating or not or I'd end up without a job. Christmas time came around and I asked to go home since my father had recently passed. My manager who made the schedules made it nearly impossible and I had to go to my GM who only gave me 1 extra day and proceeded to say "we gave you two weeks" as if to imply that that's enough to get over the loss of a FATHER. Absolutely disgusting. Even if you don't care you could at least ACT like you do but I guess that'd be asking for too much. I would strongly advise anyone who gets an offer from this company to run far away. It is a dead end and I don't know anyone who's had a good experience with them. And not to mention when I left the company I was kind enough to give notice and they removed my bonus from my last check stating that if you leave the company before the bonus checks are cut you don't get the bonus even if its from the PREVIOUS month. Just pure greed at its finest. As I stated before run FAR away.
