Great work environment and culture. As the company is growing, there are many different career opportunities! This company is perfect to get your foot in the door fresh out of college and work your way up.

Cons

Working with Collections/Customer Service can be difficult because of the upset customers we work with.

Pros

Managers get a car to drive but mine broke down a couple of times....Nice atmosphere to work in. Loved working there at first and then something happened, company changed.

Cons

Upper management is there by default.....they are over paid and have no clue what they are doing. They treat the employees like dirt because they are so job scared. Most of them would be in a minimum wage job if they weren't at DriveTime. The culture they talk about is all smoke and mirrors.
