Cons

The communication can be a little bit of a problem with upper management.

The earning potential and advancement opportunities at DriveTime are great. The skills and training I have learned at DriveTime have helped me in my professional career and personal life. DriveTime has an great corporate culture and excellent place to work.

Pros

managment is pretty laid back, pay is OK, Benefits are good. Job can be stressful but managment is veryy suportive day to day, and will offer little perks like movie tickets or free breakfast once in a while.

Cons

promotions are inconsistent sometimes it looks like managment just promotes thier friends. Sometimes I have trouble defending the companys high prices and interest rates. Sometimes when a new member of upper managment comes in they will make unneeded changes
