Pros

You work great hours, good benefits. Relaxed but productive atmosphere. Company actually cares about employees and makes it known. HARD to find a better place to work.

Cons

Pay is a little low, but not terrible. DEFINITELY could be worse!

Pros

Great job...great people to work with pay is great...salary and commission...

Cons

Moving up the ladder is not promising...they have some organizing to do to move up plus they do not pay more in other locations if you want to relocate....management can be a but unstable as well.

Cons

Working saturdays and they can be long.
