Great place to work

Pros

I work in IT, and the leadership has been tremedous during my few years. Lots of flexibility, employees feel valued, great opportunities to learn new technologies.

Cons

A bit more nights and weekends worked than I would like. Not a fan of the loud open concept office, but now we have WFH options.

Pros

Development teams and people are top-notch

Cons

Management can micro-manage and/or heavily focus on process rather than the outcome. Constantly changing their SDLC methodology they want to adhere to.

Pros

The earnings potential is great. Not too many dealerships do salary plus commission.

Cons

Awful hours. 9+ hour shifts and you rarely get to leave on time. If there is a customer you are expected to stay as long as necessary. Managers micro-manage every aspect of the sale. Basically you are responsible for data entry and a test drive, managers take over from there. High pressure to hit monthly budget so that managers can get their bonuses, BUT, no team bonus for the salespeople so where is the incentive in that? Also, lunch breaks are discouraged. If busy, you will not get a lunch break for 8-9 hours.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback regarding your experience. We understand that during high volume seasons, extra dedication is requested from our retail staff. As an organization, we recognize and value the need for our employees to take breaks, and we encourage you to reach out to Talent Support to discuss these concerns further.
