Pros

Co-workers were actually really helpful. Helped me out a lot more than the manager would ever.

Cons

Essentially making 100+ dials everyday going through recycled pipelines attempting to sell below subpar vehicles with really high APR - only offered low base, NO COMMISSION, only team-based bonus every month which is quite literally is stupid. Expected to do OT almost daily with no extra pay. And absolutely no support running around the store when there’s 3-4 of you in the whole store max. Store manager would micromanages you as well.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback as a CEG. We're glad to hear that your co-workers were supportive and helpful during your time here. As a company, we believe in carpooling to a shared destination - it's one of our core values. Because of this, we switched to a team-based commission to provide a pressure-free sales experience for our customers and a non-competitive sales environment for our employees. We want our employees to work together as a team, not against each other. This is also why we provide a base salary. Thank you for sharing your experience, we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

The pay & convenient location

Cons

Unrealistic quotas handed down from corporate were never able to be met, so we'd be punished by having mandatory overtime almost every Saturday. They advertise as no weekends, lol. Extremely strict about attendance, have this bizarre point system they use to push people they don't like out.
