-The company as a whole strives to create a positive and accepting working environment, with only a handful of exceptions. -Employee career development is taken seriously. -Expectation of hours worked per week is very reasonable (40-45 hours/week). -Pay and benefits are reasonable, though not exceptional. -Zero tolerance policy for harassment and discrimination.

Cons

-Office politics sometimes gets in the way of progress. -Feedback given to employees is not always genuine. -Objective measures not in use for employee evaluations. -Bonuses were removed for many despite the company making record earnings.

The con is sometimes long hours but you are paid for it handsomely.
