- I learned so much working here! So many valuable skills and useful knowledge - Fantastic schedule of Monday-Friday, 6-2:30 every day with an hour break - The benefits are easy to use and very useful - Free lunch once a month - Lots of vacation time! It's fun having so much time off when I need it - Easy to understand management ladder and a polite, professional atmosphere - Opportunity if you work hard. I moved up the ladder four times in two years

Cons

- This is a production Facility, meaning they care a lot about hitting their weekly numbers. If they don't, they will work you overtime and can occasionally be inconsiderate of your schedules. - The management struggles heavily with change. They have a very strict system and are afraid to step outside of it, even when that system is being unproductive. - Weather management! There's not much in the way of weather control and that can make it uncomfortable at times.
