Pros

You can make as much as you desire, everyone is friendly, easy environment to work in. I believe this is the perfect job for man, for woman never expect to see your kids. But overall it u like making money do it, it's provided me with a wonderful lifestyle

Cons

Unless you work you off days you will never be promoted, once the district manager doesn't like you he will never change his opinion no matter how hard you work.

Balancing home life and work is a challenge many people face across the organization. For retail positions, we hope to create a system that allows all Sales Advisors to work the hours that best suits them, while still meeting the customer demands at the dealership. We encourage you to speak with your GM and voice your concerns to him or her as well.

Thanks for commitment to DriveTime over the past 3 years! We know on-boarding at DriveTime is often a bit of a culture shock for many and our Organizational Development teams are continually working to improve the process. If you ever feel your feedback is falling on deaf ears, we encourage you to call our Speak Up line, we want to make sure we are taking all feedback, comments or suggestions seriously.
