Honestly, I thought Drivetime was an awesome company and I was really great full to work there as you get to learn a lot about sales without having the stress of a traditional dealership. I personally just got tired of the car sales game and went on to other sales.

Crappy quality cars. To many in dealership cliques. Definitely favorites played. You are just a number. All they care about is metrics.

Ability to make good bonuses based on how many vehicles you sell monthly. Corporate treated the commercial store staff with constant respect.

Cons

The weekend hours and evening shift can be rough - especially if you want a social life.
