Pay and hours are great

DriveTime is a growing company and a wonderful place to work! The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. On top of all of this, the CEO goes out of his way, and busy schedule, to make time for employees(I recently came back from paternity leave to see a hand written note and a gift for my baby from the CEO. These small things count to me) The culture is truly exceptional, the people are authentic and they love what they do. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position while preparing you for your next role. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. Leadership teams also do a great job of listening to new ideas and collaborating with employees so that the company is always improving. There are many opportunities to move into different roles and to be promoted internally. A large percentage of DriveTime's leadership have been internal promotions so this is not just something the company says but something they actually do Recently the company has done a very good job of bringing the different departments and sister companies together so that there is one strong culture and better relationships across the company. This has improved communication and visibility for the employees
