Pros

Excellent company to work for if you are ambitious and want to learn everyday. While the company does have its challenges and shortcomings, it's been the most responsive company I've ever seen in terms of finding solutions and fixing issues to sell more cars. The career growth is off the charts if you buckle down and work hard. The mentorships and values you learn are hard to duplicate at other companies. Very laid back culture. Not very political at all compared to other companies. Everyone is on the same team all the way from the bottom to the CEO himself. Free lunches and extra bonuses make me feel appreciated. Even when things don't go as planned you can always pick up the phone for support and guidance from people who genuinely care about you and your team's success.

Cons

The technology used in retail is a bit dated and not user friendly. I may be a bit biased but I would like us to move to Apple systems. There have been improvements over time but I find myself having to be mindful of how many programs and reports I have open while performing daily tasks.

Pros

Health Benefits, nice office space and computers

Cons

Leadership acts like they will give you the atonmy to run a department when in reality will be microanaged and asked for every email to be proof read before it is sent out. They claim they are a transparent company, but many items are very shady. DriveTime has a certain person they are looking to promote and if they cannot mold you or you are not a "yes" man you will be walked out of the door. Salaries are very low, very long work days with no breaks and if you do take a break your time is watched. "I thought I was a salaried manager?" BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! Don't waste your time with this company as they will provide false promises and false hopes!

Pros

Pay is decent, location, Benefits you get to build your own business creating a image for yourself and the brand

Cons

Life balance during tax season is crazy. You have to work 10-12 hours every day and your salary so there is no overtime pay.
