      Pros

      You're going to make a decent living starting as a Sales Advisor for this company. Over the years I was fortunate enough to work with several managers, all were invested in making sure we knew how to do our jobs to the utmost ability. All of my teammates were just a joy to work with, I don't know about other locations but the one I worked at had us looking out and helping each other. When I made the decision to pursue other interests, the toughest part was realizing I would no longer be seeing them day to day. I am thankful that DriveTime gave me a chance when I needed it the most.

      Cons

      Long hours! Not uncommon to get a customer 15 minutes before closing, only to be there for another few hours. You are also working in the elements, so rain, sleet, hail, snow and 100 degree days... you're in it! You are also financing customers with less than stellar credit, you're not always going to get ones that are cheerful, and you need to learn not to take it personal.
