Great Benefits, Great Salary, real opportunity to grow within company if upwardly mobile and motivated. Opportunity to work with a diverse group of people from different areas of the country as well as different backgrounds.

Cons

Job can be very time consuming at times. Work life balance can possibly be difficult to maintain during busy times of year.

Currently, we are piloting a flexible, 4 day work week at apx. 80 of our locations. Please talk with your GM about flex schedules and any ideas you have around keeping that balance in line as much as possible.

The atmosphere is great at DriveTime. It's honestly the most laid back atmosphere I have ever encountered.

Cons

The pay doesn't match how much work you'll be doing. When you ask about the cap, you will get a scripted answer and that's not right. There is no career paths for OA's at DriveTime.
