The Internet Sales is a great team of people, isn't it? Even with over 100 members, it's amazing to see how everyone continues to work so closely together. We encourage you to continue to provide feedback to your Director or to call the Speak Up line if you're not comfortable speaking with them. As we develop the Internet Sales team, we certainly want the concerns and suggestions heard from all our members. Thank you for your advice and we hope you continue to share it with us.

Pros

Money is easy for a confident sales person. The company is very innovative with aquiring new technologies and trying to find new ways of thinking.

Cons

All managers play favorites for lead assignments and splitting commissions when 2 advisors are on deals when convenient or mood. Senior advisors are hired and promoted with NO management or people supervisory experience. Tough skill needed to deal with derogatory remarked when a manager looses their temper or young sales person becomes an HR nightmare. I can't get anyone from HR to help resolve employee concerns. Store management even regionally refuse contact outside of retail.

If you are a current employee, please call our Speak Up line. We'd like to discuss the issues you are experiencing at one of our dealerships and you may remain anonymous if you'd like. We agree that work and life balance is critical and want to ensure your time spent at work is nearly as enjoyable as it is outside of it. Thank you.

Pros

Great atmosphere. Easy-going culture. Smaller corporation so there is a lot of room for innovative "thinkers". Centralized operations.

Cons

Little to no development within. Behind in resources and tools available. Operations is lacking organization throughout corporate and within dealerships nationwide.

With programs like InsideOut, CCL and ADIT training, we hope there is a track that interests you. Please speak with your manager or call the Speak Up line if you'd like to discuss additional trainings, resources and tools that may be available.
