A Sales Advisor's compensation structure for 2017 equates to 70% salary-based and 30% commission-based, which we believe provides more stability for our Sales Advisors and even more of an uncapped earning potential. The actual, average first-year earning potential for a Sales Advisor in 2016 was just north of $51,000 - which we believe is a fair wage for our retail staff.
