Too many hours, they took away bonus

The people are decent but this job is for this the birds.

Cons

Terribly long hours without any possibility of overtime since you are salaried. They used to give a decent bonus but they stripped thay from the Sales role (the only people making them money.) I made $1000 more in January 2016 than January 2017. This is a last resort job. The CEO is a convicted felon but won't hire anyone with a criminal record.
