Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear you didn't have the best experience with the company. The company is constantly developing strategies to improve personal development. We have offered specialized training for all parts of the business and continue to have monthly web-based training through our Organizational Development Department.

Pros

Great culture, wonderful people to work with, and a solid vision and execution for growth.

Cons

Not much on my end, but if you're not near the headquarters and not willing to relocate growth can be tricky. Comes with the territory, but the company does it's best to work with personal needs.

Pros

Meeting with different customers everyday and the friendships you make at work because of the long hours you spend there.

Cons

There is no work-life balance...they frown on taking time off. If you start off as a sales advisor you will not be promoted higher than a General Manager. Upper management past GM does not take criticism well and most are not business minded..... Your pay structure will change constantly without notice

Thank you for your review. The company strongly believes in promoting from within as openings become available. In fact a majority of our current Senior Leadership started off as Sales Advisors.
