Pros

They pay hourly and there is steady work year round. During the buildup to tax season you can get overtime too. You always know what your schedule will be and you always know what your paycheck should be. The health insurance is good and they give out plenty of PTO.

Cons

The inspection centers start work at 6:00 am this may be a pro to some but I'm not a morning person. Also they only do raises once a year, if you get one it isn't much. At least that's what I'm told, I've never got one yet.

Pros

-Great corporate location with spacious settings and no offices. -The people are wonderful to work with and there is a great casual feel. -Decent benefits and lazy Fridays. -Plenty of team lunches and events.

Cons

-The fact that the CEO and his co-CEO almost went to prison for money laundering or embezzlement isn't great. -The company really only puts making money at the forefront. -Ideas and innovation are preached, but not practiced or really welcomed. -At the end of the day you have to be comfortable with what the company's product and practices are, which are to sell junky used cars at high cost and high interest to people who can't afford it. -Plenty of scandal around Buy Here-Pay Here industry already. -No training or development set in place. -You can move up fast in retail or in finance, but if you try to move fast in corporate you will be told otherwise. -The CEO is very eclectic, which is not always good. Sometimes makes you feel very uncomfortable.
