      Great place to work but Corporate Culture is taking Over

      Pros

      Relaxed environment, craft beer lovers, the operate how you want model is nice for teams.

      Cons

      It is going corporate and over measuring metrics. It use to feel more like a startup but now you have to fill out a form if you sneeze. Theres lack of direction since a large reorg happened in IT. Seems like no one can make decisions and no one can let anyone make a decision.
