5yHi there - we appreciate you sharing your thoughts on here, although wish the feedback were a bit more positive! We would respectfully disagree on the advice to "stay for a little time". The true beauty of this role is the career pathing available! Our Detailer role requires no experience, so a great place to start for entry-level folks interested in an automotive career. And with on-the-job training, quarterly raises based on skills learned, cross-training on tech and paint skills, the opportunities to promote into highly compensated automotive roles are well within reach.
