Pros

Benefits are ok, start after 1 month. Careful though cuz the first year they give you a promotion rate and don’t tell you about it, so half way through the second year it kicks off and your rate jumps up 300 bucks a month.

Cons

Management is super micromanaging. I’ve worked at several corporations before but they won’t even be ok with you moving a town over an not telling them. Didn’t think that was any of their business but apparently they do. COVID the used as an excuse to fire a ton of ppl, and shoved another handful off to another dept, only a day notice, reduced pay by 2 dollars, and wouldn’t let you talk to your coworkers about it. Tons of secrets in the funding department. Only promotes corporate cheerleaders, regardless of tenure and knowledge. And even those who are big influences on the team who apply for promotions they tell to “work on their brand” and “advertise themselves to the team”. Team gave a congrats card to one of our seniors who got promoted to management and upper management got mad and told the person who organized it it’s rude not to include them in the card.
