Pros

Great pay, excellent benefits, outstanding leadership... there's isn't much more you can ask for! They don't babysit you here. You know exactly what needs to be done and you are equipped with the skills needed to flawlessly execute. They also have a gym, ping pong table, cafeteria, and covered parking for everybody! They also prioritize their employees by doing fun activities throughout the week/month and recognize outstanding individuals.

Cons

For some, repetition can be a con. You will spend a good chunk of your work days looking over titles and paperwork, but it's not as bad as it sounds.

Pros

its a big company with huge revenue

Cons

They performance manage their employees a lot worse than Netflix. Employees are often scared they might get fired. Very low pay grades, unless you are a contractor. Bad levelling, people are usually under-leveled. Don't usually allow remote work. They might promise remote work initially but then force you to come into office. Bad Diversity.

Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that this has been your experience, and we want to make sure you have a positive outlook and experience with us. We appreciate the feedback as we continue to grow and improve. Since the pandemic, we have allowed our IT employees to work remotely. Now that employees are returning to the office, we offer flexible options for our IT group that works best for them. When business needs present themselves to connect, collaborate, and work together, we look forward to meeting in person. We invite you to continue this conversation offline by reaching out to your management or the Talent Support team to discuss your concerns and suggestions further.
