-Great Base salary and competitive commission - Full training provided quarterly to keep you informed - Easy going work environment with stress limited to busy times of the day - Cool company perks and friendly interpersonal relations

Cons

-Cheap inspections of vehicles and cost cutting techniques make their way into the dealerships retail side creating frustrating issues for sales - Training is only as thorough as the manager who's instructed to implement it - Customers can be difficult to deal with in subprime creating stress and unrealistic expectations
