Pros

Salary+ commission great paychecks, you get your own desk and work space, small dealership family feel, management works just as hard as employees.

Cons

Hours always working over time, no way to move up.

Pros

It's a job during a pandemic

Cons

They do not care if you need help, have limited sicktime that does not refill throughout the year, pto is scalped whenever possible, no care for employees having a hard time [are just told to get over it], and while they claim they want to be transparent about everything, schedules and pay may change unexpectedly because 'things are subject to change' without warning. Put on appearances of caring about the pandemic, but are still forcing staff back into enclosed buildings, and will not mandate masks or vaccines.
