We appreciate your time and commitment as a Sales Manager for the last 4+ years! The DriveTime company could not be as successful without our amazing leaders at our retail stores. We recognize that the retail hours at the dealership can be long, but we offer flexible schedules and days off to ensure everyone has a work-life balance. Ok to work at, team was cool, but very performance driven and very corporate

Cons

Pay scale is not great unless you're working constantly. You're putting people into tough financial situations that can't afford the payments they get. Super high interest rates. Sometimes hear sales people and management ask if there's a family member they can borrow money from to help with down payment.

Hello - your review as a Sales Advisor is truly appreciated. It is unfortunate to hear that you do not recommend DriveTime as a company after your time here. Being in retail car sales, we are inherently a performance driven company. Driving performance and following metrics allows us to learn, grow, and expand, not only our business, but also our skills. Purchasing a vehicle is a big decision to make, and for some situations, could use the help of family to get started. Our Customer Experience Guides and Managers do a great job of continuously educating the customers through the entire sales process of the impact of each decision that is made.
