Turn and burn company

Pros

The only pro was the other people I worked with. We were all in the same boat, hating and disgusted on the same topics with this company.

Cons

Upper management does not care about any of “the little people” They turned into a turn and burn company. Micromanaging is an understatement! Don’t bother asking management any questions either. They will just lie and be sneaky with their responses. They are salesman. Sneaky salesman. Don’t even bother trying this company out.

Pros

Culture, pay for the position. Company has grown a lot since I started and does a really good job at trying to keep up with the ever changing market.

Cons

Hierarchy of demand, hours. Every year we are told to run the dealership as if we owned it but when it comes to simple decisions we have to push it up the ladder.
