We are glad to hear that in your 2+ years with us, you've been able to take on more responsibilities and develop important skills! Employee growth is very important to us! We do provide a 5-day work week with 2 days off to help with work-life balance, but we understand that working retail hours can be tough. We encourage you to work with your leader to establish an appropriate workload that is manageable for you while still meeting the needs of your store location.
