At DriveTime , we work to create opportunities and improve lives of our customers and our employees. We work to get customers into the right car at the right terms, especially since some of our customers might not have the option to buy elsewhere. Opening doors is always our end goal. We're sorry to hear you you have not felt that way. The commission structure is awarded to teams rather than individuals in an effort to take the pressure off making a sale. Great group of people to work with. Great pay. Enjoyed going to work.

Cons

New management has no idea from good employees to well you know least productive employees. Random layoffs so don't get comfortable.

hours sucked Customers weren't nice. Majority of the cars sold were crap.
